Genomic Evidence Intelligence
Know exactly which variant you have, and what public evidence says about it.
GMatches resolves a genomic variant's identity against public reference sources and gathers the cited public evidence for it, so researchers can work from a verified variant instead of a guess.
For research use only. GMatches is not a clinical or diagnostic product, and it analyzes genomic research data, not patient identities.
How it works
-
Bring your variants
A list of variants as CSV, TSV or VCF, written in HGVS, rsID or genomic coordinates.
-
Resolve each identity
Each variant is checked against public references such as NCBI RefSeq, dbSNP and the ClinGen Allele Registry.
-
Review the evidence
See a status and a reason for every row, the public evidence with its source, and export the results.
Five clear statuses
- resolved
- ambiguous
- invalid
- unsupported
- unresolved
Every status comes with a reason. A status says whether a variant's identity could be confirmed. It never says whether a variant is pathogenic.
Gene-centric knowledge
Gene pages that bring together curated public reference data, with each statement tied to its source.
Status
- In active development. Not yet open to the public.
- Built for genomics researchers and research teams.
- Open to research partners, early users and investors.
